Role Summary:
The Quality Engineer develops and improves inspection processes that ensure the quality and reliability of Beck’s machined components and electro-mechanical assemblies. This role supports manufacturing, engineering, and supplier quality through expertise in inspection methods, GD&T, CMM programming, and fixture design. Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and maintaining effective and efficient inspection processes to support the Quality Assurance department with inspecting a wide variety of machined components and electro-mechanical assemblies.
- Responsible for keeping inspection processes current and optimized.
- Review new product designs for inspection requirements.
- Troubleshoot inspection issues timely and effectively.
- Assist engineering with testing and evaluation of new designs and modifications.

Requirements:

- Experience developing CMM programs using PC-DMIS preferred.

Join our 2nd shift as a seasoned CNC Machinist and craft the mission-critical, tight-tolerance components that make Beck actuators the gold standard for reliability.
